House rules:

Dear guests,

In order to ensure a relaxing holiday for everyone in our house, we ask for mutual consideration.
This applies in particular to the use of the washing machine and dryer
(only from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
And also playing/moving around of the children in the apartment ! and garden.

Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Thank you in advance for your understanding

Check- in and check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

If you leave later, unfortunately we have to charge you for a late check-out

What to do at check out:

-Before you checking out, please place both apartment keys on the kitchen table.
-Please open the windows and turn off all radiators.
-Please dispose of the garbage bags in the bins provided between the two houses

-Are all lights out?

Parking spot:

For each Apartment is one parking spot available.
If you arrive with two cars for one apartment, we ask you to park the second car on public ground.

Playground:

- Only for children of our guests St. Lukas Apartments
- The play equipment may only be used in daylight and only
for children up to 14 years allowed.
- In Thunderstorms, storms, black ice and snow, access is prohibited.
- Use at your own risk - parents are responsible for their children

Washroom

Washer and dryer - use from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
                 Please fill in the suspended list.

Fee:     Washing machine: € 2.50 per load
                            Dryer: € 2.50 per load

Washer and dryer are on the level of apartment # 1
Accessed via the balcony between the two houses.

The entrance is around the corner (brown wooden door with window)

There is also a clothes rack in each apartment.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS:

Each apartment has its own WiFi network with a password.
We will provide you with this free of charge.

Baby Accessories:

We will be happy to provide you with a baby cot and high chair

for a one-off fee of € 20,- before you arrive in the apartment.

Bunk beds:

Please note that there are bunk beds in some bedrooms.

The upper bed may only be used by people up to 40 kg. This is stated by the manufacturer.

We accept no liability for any disregard.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed

Safe:

In each apartment there is a safe in the bedroom closet.
Key is inserted. Please leave the safe key at the safe when checking out

Smoke:

We are a non-smoking house.

You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, ashtrays are available.

Backyard:

The garden use and garden furniture are available to all our guests.

Sledges:

In the winter months we provide free sledges.

Limited number - please contact us.

Storage room:

For any kind of ski and sports equipment we do provide a storage room for you.

Limited space - please contact us.

Heater:

Our apartments have central oil heating. That means yourself regulate the heat supply in each room with the radiators.
Please do not heat and leave the windows open at the same time.
